Service delivery is an iterative process. While CBD Technology, LLC provides estimated timelines, completion depends on timely communication, required approvals, and access from the client. Delays in client-provided information, credentials, or decisions may affect project schedules.
Invoices for CBD technology services may be structured as project fees, recurring retainers, or support plans. Payment to CBD Technology, LLC is due according to the invoice terms. Failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension of active services until the account is brought current.
For CBD Technology, LLC to provide services effectively, the client must provide required access, credentials, materials, and approvals. The client confirms they have rights to any content, assets, or data shared for service use. CBD Technology, LLC is not liable for issues arising from client-supplied materials that infringe third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice based on the contract terms. Upon termination, CBD Technology, LLC will complete any billable work performed through the termination date and provide applicable handoff materials. CBD Technology, LLC may terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unlawful activity, or material breach of these terms.
